These masks are sourced from a Texas-based American importer. The CDC has advised when N95 masks are unavailable, there are seven standards around the world that meet stringent American standards. The KN95 classifications from China meet the strict American standard. 

The KN95 respirator stops at least 95% of particles that are greater than the .3 microns in size. This is done through the multi-layer construction for protection against dust, fine particles, pollen, and other airborne particles.
