Manufactured from durable vinyl plastic, the caps fit securely over the end of the channel to cover sharp edges and help reduce the risk of cuts and abrasions during installation and maintenance. 

The end caps are available in two size options based on strut depth. The standard version is designed for 1-5/8 inch deep strut channels, while the shallow version is designed for 7/8 inch deep strut channels. Both styles measure 1-5/8 inches wide and install with a secure press fit, eliminating the need for additional fasteners. 

The vinyl construction holds up well in typical indoor and outdoor environments and helps prevent debris from entering open strut channels. Available in black, white, and red, these Unistrut end caps support color coding, visibility, or aesthetic preference while providing consistent protection across strut framing systems.
