This is a full day, classroom based course. This course will cover the history of the standards and explain how they apply to work in the field. This course explains in detail how different rigging configurations affect the load that is placed on the tower. The student will have several opportunities to calculate the loads transferred to the structure based on the sling angle and block angle. The class culminates in the creation of a Rigging Plan based on a set of given site requirements and conditions.
