The MINDER S2 is a lightweight, double Prusik-minding pulley engineered for technical haul systems and complex mechanical advantage setups. Designed with moving, flat side plates, it effectively manages Prusik friction hitches to streamline progress-capture operations. Its parallel 25 mm sheaves are mounted on sealed ball bearings to deliver 91% efficiency while keeping the overall unit lightweight at just 123 g. Equipped with an auxiliary attachment point rated at 12 kN, the MINDER S2 allows technicians to rig complex hauling configurations on 6 to 11 mm ropes without adding unnecessary bulk to their gear kit.
-
Prusik-Minding Side Plates: Specially shaped moving side plates prevent Prusik knots from jamming in the sheaves during progress-capture operations.
-
Twin Parallel Sheaves: Dual 25 mm aluminum sheaves mounted on sealed ball bearings deliver 91% efficiency for smooth mechanical advantage.
-
Auxiliary Attachment Point: Integrated lower connection point (12 kN breaking strength) enables the creation of complex haul systems.
-
Lightweight Aluminum Build: Weighs only 123 g thanks to durable aluminum side plates and sheaves, ideal for weight-conscious technical teams.
-
Technical Use Standard Compliance: Supports 6 to 11 mm ropes with a 6 kN maximum working load and 23 kN breaking strength, certified to CE EN 12278, UIAA, and NFPA Technical Use standards.
