Petzl ASAP Mobile Fall Arrester

The Petzl ASAP® is an essential compact mobile fall arrester designed for reliable safety during work at height and rope access operations. Operating hands-free during normal movement, the device trails smoothly along the rope, eliminating manual adjustments. In the event of a shock load, rapid descent, or panic grab exceeding two meters per second, its specialized toothed wheel immediately locks onto the rope to arrest the fall. Built to perform on vertical, angled, or horizontal lifelines—even on dirty or frozen ropes—the ASAP® easily installs at any point on 10 to 13 mm ropes and pairs seamlessly with ASAP’SORBER energy absorbers for single-worker or two-person rescue applications.
