The Jackson Safety Leather Welding Helmet is an ideal solution for those who have overhead welding duties. This hood provides you more protection from slag that might drop during a weld. The shell material is made of flame retardant leather. While the shade 10 passive lens provides protection from arc flashes, the passive lens flips up to allow you to inspect the weld without having to remove the welding protection.
