FallTech Arc Flash Shock Absorbing Lanyard - 6 Foot

The FallTech Arc Flash Shock Absorbing Lanyard is a single leg 6 foot lanyard with 1 loop and 1 steel snap hook. The Kevlar and Nomex materials resist ignition and burning by limited the transfer of electricity to the user's body and the housing swivel eye reduces lifeline twisting. This lanyard is composed of a compact, impact resistant nylon housing and is for use up to 5 ft. below the back D-ring. The Arc Flash lanyard complies with ANSI Z359 and ASTM F887 standards and OSHA regulations.

  • SoftPack shock absorber is designed to limit arrest forces to an average of 900 lbs
  • Nomex/Kevlar cover protects shock absorber from damage due to exposure to electric arcing
  • 1-1/4 inch Kevlar webbing has a tensile strength of 10,000 lbs
  • Kevlar web loop at the attachment end, locking snap hook at the anchorage end
  • Compact and impact resistant nylon housing
  • Integral energy absorber limits fall arrest forces to 900 lbs. or less and provides visual indication of a fall
  • For use up to 5 inches below the back D-ring
