The Dutton Lainson 4000lbs Capacity Strong Arm 120V AC Electric Winch can be used in a multitude of ways and includes an emergency crank handle in case of power loss. It comes loaded with 50ft of 7/32" Aircraft Cable, pulley block, and a snap hook. It is 120 Volt Electric winch has a 10ft, 3 wire grounded power cord, and has power in, power out, controlled freewheeling clutch, and an automatic brake. It has a 4000lb capacity when double lined and can be used anywhere as long as you have access to power or don't mind hand cranking it.
