The Crosby R-7 Ratchet Load Binder is designed for use with 70, 80, and 100-grade chains. The continuous take-up feature provides finite adjustments to tie-down loads. The one-piece assembly means no bolts or nuts to loosen. The ratchet spring is rust-proofed while all load-bearing or holding parts are forged for maximum durability and strength. This load binder meets or exceeds the requirements of US DOT FMCSA Part 393 Subpart I.
