Great onerall boots
  • I bought a pair in January 2014. I work in a pulp mill that has very harsh conditions including exposure to peroxide, chlorine dioxide, caustic, and other harsh chemicals that are mixed with the pulp at various stages of the process. Humid to hot to freezing conditions are also common through the year so I needed a boot that was water proof and rubber at least 3" up because leather, unless you are constantly washing your feet, will break down after about six months. These were one of only two boots that meet my requirements. I have owned may boots over the years from almost every quality brand so I know what I'm talking about. Fore example the last pair I bought was R-wings "claimed" chemical resistant auto lace boots which lost the water proofing at 3 months and started separating from the heal at 9. R-wings $210 boots did not impress me and took forever to break in.

    OK now about these boots:
The zip lace is awesome and I would recommend lacing to the outside of the eyelets for a tighter fit. After you unzip you can literally walk right out of them.
The Kevlar stitching is a must and these are triple stitched.
Fast breaking time and had no sore spots after being on my feet a lot more than normal at work.
    Very comfortable
    Good not overly aggressive tread.
They are easy to clean so you can wear them all day even after work.
  • Great water proofing.
    Quality construction.
    Chemical resistant.
Best boots I have owned so far.
  • Because of the half rubber on bottom and great insulation your sox will get some sweat on them but not much after working 12hr.
The soles are hard to clean if you are walking through clay like soil because of the yellow cords. A little on the heavy side but its worth it for the quality.
