The Accuform Plastic Group Lockout Job Tags are made from flexible, durable 15-mil polyethylene. These tags are ideal for indoor and outdoor use and are water resistant. The writable surface is abrasion resistant to prevent your writing from being rubbed off. The top of the sign has a 3/8 inch hole reinforced with a metal grommet to prevent pull off. This tag provides information about complying with the tag and failure to follow directions could result in immediate termination. These tags come in 5 and 25 pack options.
